How fast can I get my first load?

Most carriers receive their first load booking within 24–48 hours of completing their application, signing the Broker-Carrier Agreement, and submitting their carrier docs.

Do I need my own MC authority?

Yes — you need your own active MC carrier authority. CrestHaul holds separate FMCSA freight broker authority (MC-56480811). We are a licensed broker, not a dispatcher. You haul as the carrier of record under your own MC on every load.

What areas do you cover?

We specialize in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico — with deep coverage in the Permian Basin. We're expanding to CO, KS, and AR.

How does payment work?

CrestHaul collects from the shipper and pays you directly — no chasing, no waiting. We also offer factoring if you need same-day pay the moment a load delivers. No upfront costs, no monthly fees.
